Texas Beef
Plains to Platter Ranch, LLC is your local Southeast Texas source of grass-fed grain-finished beef. We sell our live cattle directly to our customers where they are processed from our USDA processors at Panola County Processing in Carthage, Texas. There, the expert butchers carefully dry age the beef for at least 14 days to ensure amazing flavor and tenderness. We want to ensure each of our customers receive individualized help and attention on his/her order. We help you customize your cut order to ensure that you will have your beef as you want. Raw Jersey Cow Milk
Here at Plains to Platter Ranch, we are surrounded by happy grass-fed cows that are supplemented with alfalfa hay and excellent grains, mixed to our specifications and free of steroids, hormones, or antibiotics. Here, you will find a commitment to providing you with real, fresh, healthy, naturally-raised raw Jersey cow milk and cream.
Farm Raised Chickens
Poultry species were born to scratch and peck, and that's exactly what they do at Plains to Platter Ranch. Our birds freely roam during the day, foraging for bugs and grubs in the soil, then are securely cooped at night. They are also offered a Non-GMO supplement, which contains grains like corn, soy, barley, and wheat. All of our poultry is processed on our farm in our zero-waste processing. All of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, and added growth hormones.
